BY ENTERING THE TRUST & WILL HECKERLING INSTITUTE ON ESTATE PLANNING GIVEAWAY ("GIVEAWAY" OR "Giveaway"), YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY. YOU ALSO REPRESENT THAT YOU MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BELOW.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the Giveaway.

ADMINISTRATOR: PCG365, LLC., P.O. Box 1008, Manhasset, NY 11030 (the "Administrator").

  1. GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION: The Trust & Will Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning Giveaway invites eligible individuals as defined below who attend the 60th Annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning Conference held at the Orlando World Center Marriott located at 8701 World Center Drive, Orlando FL between January 12 and 16, 2026 (the "Event").
  2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins on January 12, 2026 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on January 16, 2025 at 5:00 PM ET (the "Giveaway Period"). Trust & Will's clock is the official clock and sole determinant for the purposes of a valid submission in the Giveaway.
  3. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, attend the 60th Annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning Conference, and own a Smartphone at the time of entry. The Giveaway is not open to any agent or employee of Trust & Will or its affiliates, marketing and advertising agencies, Administrator and public relations firms, or to any immediate family or household member of those individuals ("Giveaway Entities").
  4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Giveaway Period, (a) Use your mobile phone or other web-enabled device to scan the Giveaway quick response ("QR") code featured on specially-marked Trust & Will business cards distributed during the Event and sign up for the Trust & Will Attorney Platform; or (b) Schedule a Trust & Will Attorney Platform demonstration with a Trust & Will representative at the Event during the Giveaway Period (a and b, individually defined as "Entry" and collectively defined as "Entries"). Signing up for any Trust & Will Platform other than the Trust & Will Attorney Platform will not be eligible as a valid Entry in this Giveaway. Each Entrant understands that by submitting an Entry it does not guarantee he/she will win the prize in this Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway, you permit Sponsor to collect and use your information for the purposes of entering you in this Giveaway.

    Incomplete Entries will be void. By participating in this Giveaway, your information will be shared with our Administrator solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be used for any other purposes. By submitting your Entry in this Giveaway, you consent to participate in this Giveaway and grant the Sponsor to obtain and deliver your name, address, email address and telephone number to the Administrator for the purpose of administering this Giveaway as well as sending you an email notifying you that you are the potential winner.

    All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned and Sponsor reserves the right to dispose these Entries at its sole discretion. By entering, all Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor will not assume responsibility for any third party's failure to act in accordance with its instructions pertaining to Giveaway implementation. Limit one (1) Entry per person.

    Entries will be void if no email address is provided, if the supplied email address is not current or if first and last name are not provided. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

    The Giveaway Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical, hardware, or software malfunctions of any network or telephone lines, failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer or other electronic equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or Entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion, unavailable network connections on the Internet, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to Entrant or any other person's computer or other electronic device relating to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or uploading/downloading any materials in connection with this Giveaway.

    Use of a mobile device to participate in this Giveaway is not required. If you use a mobile device to enter the Sweepstakes, message and data rates may apply, and Entrants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable charges. Please consult your wireless-service provider regarding its pricing plans.
  5. SELECTION OF WINNER/RANDOM DRAWING/ODDS OF WINNING: At the conclusion of the Giveaway Period, one (1) Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received on or about January 19, 2026. Odds of winning a Prize will depend upon the number of Entries received. Entries are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. Prize may not be awarded in the event an insufficient number of eligible Entries are received. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of the Prize Winner, the registered account holder of the email account listed on the Entry will be deemed the Prize Winner, subject to such owner's compliance with the Official Rules.
  6. ONE (1) PRIZE: One (1) Winner will receive one (1) MacBook Air (10-Core CPU; 24GB Unified Memory; and 512GB SSD Storage Footnote) ("Prize"). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Prize: $1,599.99. The Prize distributed to the Prize Winner will be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize is subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize of similar or greater value in its sole discretion. The Prize is not transferable. The Prize is limited to the items stated herein. All other unspecified costs, fees, and expenses associated with Prize award, receipt, and use are solely the responsibility of the Prize Winner. Any and all federal, state and local taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Delivery of the Prize may take approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the date the Prize Winner is confirmed as eligible and willing to accept the Prize.
  7. GENERAL PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Potential Prize Winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release or similar documentation (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents") within seven (7) business days of notification. The Prize Winner may be required to supply Sponsor and Administrator with his/her social security, complete and return a Form W-9 and will be issued a FORM 1099-MISC for tax purposes as required by law. The potential Prize Winner will be disqualified under any of the following circumstances; i) if he/she cannot be reached by Sponsor or Administrator within the specified time period; ii) If the Prize notification or email address is returned as undeliverable; iii) if the potential Prize Winner is found to be ineligible; iv) if the potential Prize Winner does not return the required Prize Claim Documents within the required time period; v) if the potential Prize Winner is unwilling to accept the Prize as stated in these Official Rules; or vi) if a potential Prize Winner does not comply with these Official Rules. In the event the Prize Winner is disqualified, this will result in voiding that Prize and the Prize will be awarded to an alternate Prize Winner selected in a Random Drawing from among all remaining eligible Entrants received. Sweepstakes Administrator will notify up to five (5) alternate Prize Winners to award the Prize. POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND/OR THE ADMINISTRATOR. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE GIVEAWAY SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY, AND THE POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FRAUDULENT CALLS OR EMAILS MADE TO THE ENTRANTS NOT BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR OR FOR ANY CHANGE OF ENTRANT'S EMAIL ADDRESS OR MAILING ADDRESS.

    Where permissible, the Prize Winner agrees that the Giveaway Entities may irrevocably use the Prize Winner's name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format including but not limited to Sponsor's websites, social media platforms and any and all media now or hereafter know without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification, and agrees to participate in any and all publicity and promotional activities as designated by Sponsor (except where prohibited by law) in connection with this Giveaway.
  8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Prize is awarded "as is, where is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Official Rules without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if, in Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Giveaway, or if any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control – including but not limited to viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, and technical difficulties or failures – corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds or believes to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of these Official Rules.
  9. INDEMNIFICATION: By submitting an Entry, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, together with its affiliates and marketing firms, and their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties"), from and against any liability, injury, death, loss, or damages to Entrant or any person or entity, including without limitation damage to personal or real property, caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of their participation in the Giveaway (or related activities), their acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of a Prize, or from any delay in receiving any Prize awarded. Entrants' obligations to indemnify the Released Parties include actions arising (a) from any allegation that any entry or any related content infringes or otherwise violates the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party, or (b) from any other violation of these Official Rules. By submitting an Entry, Entrants agree that they have no right to bring (and covenant not to bring) any claim, action, or proceeding of any kind or nature whatsoever against any Released Party in connection with this Giveaway. Entrants acknowledge and agree that no Released Party has now, or shall have in the future, any duty or liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory, or otherwise, with respect to the non-infringement or protection of any copyright, trademark, patent, or any other claimed right or interest in related content.
  10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware, or software; (b) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or service; (c) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; or (d) printing, typographical, electronic, or human errors which may occur in the offer or administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries. Entrants agree that any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Giveaway but in no event attorneys' fees; and Entrants waive all rights to claim any punitive, incidental, consequential, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
  11. GOVERNING LAW: Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction
  12. SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
  13. PRIVACY: Information collected from Entrants will be used by Sponsor for the purpose of facilitating the Giveaway and publishing the Prize Winner's name as well as for other purposes consistent with Sponsor's privacy policy located at: https://trustandwill.com/security/privacy-policy
  14. NAME OF WINNER: To obtain the name of the Prize Winner, once the Prize Winner has been verified, but not sooner than January 30, 2026, send a self-addressed stamped envelope with proper Postage affixed to: Trust & Will Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning Giveaway Winner's List, P.O. Box 1008, Manhasset, NY 11030. Requests must be received by February 28, 2026.
